Job Description:

Amazon is hiring a Freight Ops Analyst for its rapidly growing Amazon Freight division in Bangalore. As a Freight Ops Analyst, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operational challenges, improving logistics efficiency, and supporting business growth through data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.   • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service quality.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports to track operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Support process standardization initiatives to ensure scalability and consistency across operations.
  • Work independently in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure clarity, transparency, and timely issue resolution.
  • Continuously contribute to process improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence and cost optimization.

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or business-related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) for effective communication in a global environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain, transportation, or logistics operations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and resolve operational issues.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with confidence and efficiency.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or operational environments is an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
