🧾 Job Description:

As a QA Analyst at Merkle, you will play a vital role in validating that developed software aligns with client specifications and high-quality benchmarks. You'll be part of an agile team, actively contributing to test strategies, test design, execution, and defect management.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute accurate, well-documented test cases aligned with business requirements.

  • Participate in testing across functional, regression, integration, and exception scenarios.

  • Log defects effectively with appropriate priority, follow through on resolution, and understand root causes.

  • Analyze and execute automation test scripts.

  • Support planning and estimation of testing activities during the SDLC.

  • Continuously improve knowledge of QA processes, business logic, and project-specific tools and methodologies.

  • Maintain clear documentation and communication around project deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Follow QA best practices and adapt to established processes to ensure delivery of high-quality software.

🧠 Preferred Skills & Qualities:

  • Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.

  • Hands-on experience with test case writing, test execution, and defect tracking.

  • Familiarity with automation concepts and test tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic QA team.
