Roles & Responsibilities

• Discover Business Processes: Analyze support, implementation, and customer success workflows to identify repetitive activities, operational inefficiencies, friction points, and opportunities where AI or automation could improve outcomes.
• Map AI Opportunities: Contribute to maintaining and prioritizing a structured backlog of potential AI and automation use cases, helping teams determine which ideas are practical and valuable enough to experiment with.
• Build Rapid Prototypes: Develop small-scale AI solutions such as chatbots, workflow automations, dashboards, and data-driven utilities using Python, notebooks, APIs, or low-code development tools.

Requirements & Eligibility
