Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of innovative electronic products for industrial instrumentation and measurement applications.
• Support engineers in creating product concepts, technical specifications, and development plans aligned with customer and market requirements.
• Assist in designing electronic circuits, components, and subsystems while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and quality guidelines.
• Develop and build prototypes to evaluate product functionality, performance, and reliability before large-scale production.
• Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis of products to identify improvements and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and product management departments.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and recommendations for design enhancements.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during development, testing, and production phases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product performance, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Support product launch activities by ensuring seamless transition from prototype stage to commercial manufacturing.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in instrumentation and electronics engineering.
• Follow engineering processes, safety standards, and quality management practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E. or B.Tech) in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, electronic systems, circuit theory, and product development concepts.
• Knowledge of electronic components, sensors, embedded systems, and instrumentation technologies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with engineering design principles and basic product development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technical challenges systematically.
• Basic understanding of testing procedures, validation techniques, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, and product documentation.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and presenting engineering findings.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and development methodologies in a dynamic R&D environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple engineering tasks and project deadlines.
