Information Systems Associates (ISA) is looking for a talented and analytical Data Analytics Engineer I to join its Data, Innovation & AI team in Pune. Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct exploratory data analysis on large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities that support informed decision-making.
- Develop statistical models, analytical frameworks, and data-driven methodologies to extract meaningful insights from structured and unstructured data sources.
- Design and create interactive dashboards, visual reports, and business intelligence solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate, transform, and validate data from multiple systems while ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and quality assurance activities to maintain high-quality datasets for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate complex business questions into actionable analytics tasks and measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain automated reporting processes that streamline report generation, distribution, and monitoring across departments.
- Implement scheduling, alerting, and data delivery mechanisms to ensure timely availability of critical business information.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to support strategic projects and initiatives.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets across various database environments.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling tasks.
- Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools including Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
- Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, and data mining techniques.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, relational databases, data processing workflows, and data management best practices.
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets while ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns and derive meaningful business insights.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable analytical solutions.
