Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and prepare technical and commercial quotations that meet customer requirements.
• Understand and document project guidelines, customer-specific requirements, and internal standards for accurate solution design.
• Perform control valve sizing and selection using engineering tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation including deviation lists, reports, and engineering drawings.
• Communicate with sales offices and clients to clarify requirements and provide technical support during the quotation process.
• Support project revisions and updates based on customer feedback and changing requirements.
• Assist in order processing by preparing transactions and ensuring smooth transition from quotation to execution.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and order execution teams for clarifications and change requests.
• Participate in bid activities, ensuring accurate interpretation of customer specifications and proposing innovative solutions.
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Metallurgical disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of control valve sizing and selection concepts is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate project requirements and design solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of engineering standards and industry practices related to process control and instrumentation is an advantage.
• Ability to create technical documentation, reports, and engineering deliverables accurately.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and engineering methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and inclusive work culture.
