Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and release processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Apply modern development methodologies such as microservices, serverless computing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and provide feedback to improve development processes.
  • Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and iterative development cycles.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in applications, ensuring timely resolution and system stability.
  • Leverage automation tools to improve efficiency and streamline development workflows.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to innovation within the engineering team.

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience or internship exposure in Java and Spring Boot development.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of backend development concepts, including REST APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git or GitHub for collaborative development.
  • Understanding of build tools such as Maven or Gradle for project management.
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or SQL Server.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum or XP is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
