Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers and team members to design and develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using modern software development approaches.
• Assist in building, testing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications that meet client needs and performance standards.
• Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth application functionality.
• Contribute to improving application performance, usability, and reliability through continuous optimization efforts.
• Work on integrating different modules and systems to ensure seamless data flow and system efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation of code, workflows, and technical processes for future reference and scalability.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in software development and enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including QA, business analysts, and project managers.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields such as B.Tech, BCA, or MCA. Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps, Dynamics 365, or related platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with software development concepts, including APIs, databases, and system integration.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
