Job Description
Honeywell is hiring a Data Management Analyst to join its analytics and business intelligence team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across various business functions. As a Data Management Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business data, design dashboards, and develop analytical solutions that enhance operational performance. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of business and financial data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify meaningful insights that support business strategy and operational improvements.

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from data warehouses and generate analytical reports.

Translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions that provide clear and actionable insights.

Build and maintain data models, reporting systems, and automation processes that support enterprise decision-making.

Collaborate with finance teams, marketing teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to define analytics requirements.

Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for operational optimization.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating datasets and maintaining strong data governance practices.

Present analytical findings and insights to business leaders and cross-functional teams through reports and data storytelling.

Support organizational initiatives that promote a data-driven culture and encourage adoption of analytics tools across departments.
Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.

At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, data management, business intelligence, or financial analysis roles.

Strong proficiency in SQL for querying data warehouses and extracting insights from large datasets.

Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.

Familiarity with data modeling concepts, data warehousing structures, and analytics reporting frameworks.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or similar tools used for data analysis and automation.

Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Snowflake, Essbase, or Alteryx is considered an advantage.

Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to convert data insights into actionable business strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated mindset with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
Expected Salary
The typical salary for a Data Management Analyst or Data Analyst in large multinational technology companies in India ranges between ₹8 LPA to ₹16 LPA, depending on experience, analytical expertise, and proficiency with SQL, BI tools, and data modeling technologies. Candidates with additional knowledge of Python, data warehousing platforms, and enterprise analytics tools may receive higher compensation packages.
