Korn Ferry is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst to join its Total Rewards team in Gurgaon on a 6-month contract. This role is designed for graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in HR analytics, compensation benchmarking, and workforce insights. As part of Korn Ferry Digital, you will contribute to expanding participation in the Annual Rewards Survey, which plays a critical role in shaping compensation and benefits intelligence across industries. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, data analysis, and working in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment.
In this role, you will engage directly with HR and Total Rewards professionals from leading organizations, helping them participate in Korn Ferry’s compensation surveys. You will be responsible for outreach, follow-ups, and ensuring timely collection of high-quality data related to compensation structures, benefits, and organizational frameworks. Your ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and explain the value of participation will be key to driving engagement and ensuring data accuracy. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with analytical tasks, making it a well-rounded opportunity for career growth.
Additionally, you will support data activation initiatives aimed at improving the quality and depth of Korn Ferry’s rewards database. By collaborating with cross-functional teams including consulting, marketing, and product teams, you will contribute to enhancing market insights and benchmarking capabilities. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to client organizations through emails, calls, and professional platforms to encourage participation in annual rewards surveys.
- Engage with HR and Total Rewards stakeholders to collect accurate data on compensation, benefits, and organizational structures.
- Track participation progress, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of data submissions within defined deadlines.
- Maintain and update data records, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all datasets.
- Assist in mapping client organizations into appropriate peer groups to enhance benchmarking accuracy and data credibility.
- Support initiatives to increase database coverage across industries and improve representation of key market segments.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as consulting, delivery, and marketing to align outreach strategies and client engagement efforts.
- Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, data quality, and overall client experience.
- Promote the value of Korn Ferry’s compensation and rewards database to clients, positioning it as a strategic business tool.
- Assist in analyzing datasets and identifying gaps or inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality insights for reporting and benchmarking.
Requirements & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with an interest in HR, business analytics, or consulting-related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with HR professionals and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to initiate conversations confidently and follow up persistently to achieve desired outcomes.
- High attention to detail with the capability to review, validate, and interpret data accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with handling spreadsheets, templates, and structured datasets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in compensation, rewards, and workforce trends.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, compensation structures, or people analytics is an added advantage.
- Exposure to data visualization tools, HRIS systems, or compensation surveys is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
Expected Salary:
The expected salary for an Analyst (Total Rewards) at Korn Ferry in India typically ranges between ₹3.5 LPA to ₹6 LPA for entry-level candidates. Since this is a 6-month contract role, compensation may also be structured on a fixed-term or monthly basis.
