Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience of digital solutions.

• Build and maintain advanced automated test frameworks using Python, AI-driven tools, and modern testing methodologies.

• Leverage Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI to create intelligent, adaptive, and efficient test automation solutions.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure testability of solutions.

• Perform root cause analysis for defects, working closely with development teams to support timely and effective resolution.

• Conduct UI, API, and mobile testing using behavior-driven and automation-first approaches.

• Maintain test management artifacts using tools such as Jira, Xray, and ALM, ensuring traceability and visibility.

• Continuously optimize testing processes to improve coverage, efficiency, and execution speed.

• Share knowledge, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field with strong foundational knowledge.

• Advanced proficiency in Python programming, with a strong focus on building scalable and maintainable test automation solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, Natural Language Processing, and Natural Language Understanding.

• Experience working with AWS services, particularly Bedrock, Lambda, and CloudWatch, for cloud-based testing solutions.

• Proficiency with version control systems and CI/CD tools, including Git and Jenkins.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC best practices, and continuous quality improvement principles.

• Experience with UI, mobile, and BDD-based testing frameworks and automation methodologies.

• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, Xray, and ALM for planning and reporting.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence quality across teams.
