Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to understand assigned requirements and actively participate in all phases of the SDLC.

• Design, develop, modify, and implement web-based applications and software components based on project specifications.

• Perform coding, unit testing, code reviews, build activities, and deployment tasks to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Prepare clear technical documentation, including requirement analysis, solution design, and user training materials.

• Communicate project status, progress updates, and technical details effectively during team meetings and training sessions.

• Demonstrate willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks and share acquired knowledge within the team.

• Support extended work hours when required for critical meetings, urgent fixes, or priority deadlines.

• Follow defined project processes, best practices, and quality standards to meet delivery and compliance expectations.

• Work towards achieving individual performance goals and continuous professional development objectives.

• Adhere strictly to organizational guidelines, security standards, and development methodologies.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Preferred undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.

• Fresher or up to one year of hands-on programming experience in C#, .NET, or React.js-based applications.

• Strong understanding of core web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.

• Familiarity with modern development tools such as Visual Studio Code and Visual Studio 2022 for application development.

• Good grasp of programming concepts, coding standards, and software development best practices.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.

• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies is considered an added advantage.

• Positive learning attitude, adaptability, and willingness to grow in a fast-paced engineering environment.
