Job Description:

The ML Data Associate I role at Amazon is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and real-world product development. This is a six-month fixed-term contract role, ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to gain hands-on exposure to AI-driven product development in a global technology organization. You will operate in a structured environment with clear productivity and quality benchmarks, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, task completion, and continuous improvement in execution quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned tasks to collect and generate ground truth data following detailed guidelines and workflows.

• Perform data capture, validation, and reporting activities with high accuracy and consistency.

• Understand and adapt to updated procedures, instructions, and task requirements for new releases.

• Carry out repetitive and process-driven tasks without compromising quality or productivity standards.

• Use internal software tools for data capture while adhering strictly to organizational processes.

• Accurately document results, track execution status, and report progress through defined systems.

• Identify, raise, and escalate execution failures or doubts through designated portals within SLAs.

• Ensure timely closure of raised issues by following resolution workflows and compliance guidelines.

• Meet daily productivity targets while managing dependencies and workload efficiently.

• Maintain quality benchmarks and contribute to continuous improvement through disciplined execution.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline.

• Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English at CEFR B2/C1 level.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes with high attention to detail.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.

• Comfort with repetitive, structured tasks in a quality-driven environment.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, or holidays if required.

• Ability to communicate execution issues clearly and escalate concerns appropriately.

• Familiarity with US culture is an added advantage for task interpretation and execution.

• Self-disciplined, process-oriented, and capable of meeting productivity and quality targets.

Expected Salary:
