Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s or University degree (in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline).

• Experience: 2–4 years in data analytics, business analysis, or decision management roles within financial services or related industries.

• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data interpretation, forecasting, and visualization.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools for data manipulation and analysis.

• Knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable.

• Solid understanding of business processes, financial models, and performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail in complex data environments.
