Job Description:

Dentsu, a global leader in digital marketing and performance advertising, is inviting fresh graduates to join as Associate Business Analyst Trainees. This program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to digital marketing analytics, campaign management, and performance tracking. Trainees will work with a wide range of brandsβ€”from e-commerce to international BFSI, OTT, and Ed-Techβ€”helping to analyze campaign effectiveness, provide actionable insights, and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives. The program focuses on practical learning, mentorship, and on-the-job certification, allowing trainees to gain valuable experience in a dynamic digital environment.

As a Business Analyst Trainee at Dentsu, you will assist in defining marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and executing data-driven insights to optimize campaign outcomes. You will be exposed to multiple facets of marketing, including creative copy review, channel exploration, competitor research, and campaign performance measurement. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in strategic campaign planning and ensure alignment with business objectives and target audiences.

  • Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across search, social media, and digital platforms.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to evaluate ad content and optimize messaging for higher engagement.

  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing campaign results to inform strategy.

  • Document campaign processes, results, and learnings to support team knowledge sharing.

  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and certification programs offered during the internship.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of analytics and reporting outputs.

  • Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing metrics and preparing actionable reports.


Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Graduate (2021–2024) in any discipline from a recognized university.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, and paid campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and reporting.

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic data analysis tools.

  • Team-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.

  • Passion for digital marketing, campaign analytics, and performance measurement.


Expected Salary:
