As part of the Applications Development (AD) team, you’ll be responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and enterprise-grade software platforms. Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of enterprise systems.

• Assist in WMS configuration and customization to meet diverse business needs.

• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

• Contribute to technical design reviews, performance tuning, and integration of systems across departments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and operational issues within defined SLAs.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing enhancements to existing systems.

• Document project progress, design specifications, and deployment plans for cross-functional visibility.

• Ensure compliance with UPS’s technical and quality standards, contributing to a culture of excellence.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies to help drive UPS’s innovation strategy forward.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, SDLC, and software engineering principles.

• Familiarity with WMS platforms, database systems, and cloud environments is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to learning.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional, global teams.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment with tight deadlines.

• A self-motivated learner who takes ownership of assigned projects and delivers consistently.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, version control systems, and modern development frameworks preferred.
