Job Description:
Atlys, a trailblazer in travel automation, is offering the Launchpad Fellowship to final-year students and fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup. This on-site internship in Delhi provides immersive exposure to real-world business operations, product development, and customer experience processes. Fellows will participate in core operations, supporting live customer journeys and backend operations that power Atlys’ seamless visa services. The program emphasizes problem-solving, process optimization, and operational efficiency, providing fellows with insights into scaling tech-driven solutions in the travel industry.

The fellowship also focuses on cross-functional learning, allowing participants to rotate across customer experience, product feedback, and process improvement teams. Fellows will analyze operational challenges, identify inefficiencies, and contribute ideas for automation, enhancing both internal processes and the overall user experience. Through this exposure, participants gain a deep understanding of how startups prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and implement innovative solutions in high-pressure, real-world environments.

Additionally, participants will complete a capstone project, tackling a significant business problem and presenting actionable solutions to the leadership team. Fellows will develop critical skills such as product thinking, execution rigor, and effective communication. By the end of the program, they will possess a holistic view of startup operations, combining technical, operational, and strategic perspectives, preparing them for high-impact roles in technology-driven companies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Participate in core operations by learning visa systems and supporting real customer journeys.

2. Manage backend operations, ensuring smooth workflows and timely resolution of issues.

3. Rotate across customer experience, product feedback, and process improvement teams.

4. Analyze operational inefficiencies and propose automation solutions to reduce manual work.

5. Contribute to cross-functional discussions on improving user experience and process workflows.

6. Complete a capstone project solving a real business problem and present solutions to leadership.

7. Collaborate with team members to understand startup dynamics and product decision-making.

8. Track escalations, maintain operational dashboards, and provide actionable insights.

9. Engage in continuous learning through mentorship, feedback sessions, and skill-building exercises.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. Final-year student or recent graduate seeking an in-office, high-intensity internship.

2. Quick learner comfortable navigating ambiguity and real-world challenges.

3. Strong communication skills with a bias for action and ownership of tasks.

Expected Salary:
The Atlys Launchpad Fellowship offers a full-time, paid internship with a stipend and additional wellness allowance of ₹3,000 per month for activities like gym, therapy, yoga, or spa. Participants will also receive mentorship, direct access to leadership, a certificate of completion, and the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance.
