Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and validate large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.

• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis to identify patterns and trends.

• Support the creation of dashboards and visual reports that provide actionable insights for business teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

• Assist in the development of predictive and descriptive models to support decision-making.

• Monitor and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across assigned projects.

• Document analytical processes and share best practices to improve team efficiency.

• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support urgent business needs, ensuring timely and reliable insights.

• Continuously explore new tools and techniques to enhance data analysis capabilities.

• Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the analytics team.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and the ability to write queries for data extraction and transformation.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Basic programming experience in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.

• Understanding of core statistical concepts and analytical methods.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and logical thinking.

• Good communication skills to explain analytical findings in a clear, business-friendly manner.

• Ability to work collaboratively in teams as well as independently when required.

• Knowledge of automation tools, cloud platforms, or Honeywell Forge is a plus.

• A self-driven learner with curiosity to explore and master emerging technologies in data analytics.
