Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and implement end-to-end testing strategies for creative automation and digital applications, ensuring product stability and business alignment.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks that validate creative workflows and dynamic creative solutions.

• Perform extensive API testing using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, and others while building reliable API test automation scripts.

• Validate creative outputs against inputs in automated pipelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency in production workflows.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and creative teams to define QA requirements and guarantee complete test coverage.

• Conduct peer reviews of test cases and frameworks, identifying gaps, and proposing process improvements.

• Troubleshoot complex issues during test execution, document findings, and communicate resolutions effectively.

• Stay updated with emerging QA automation trends, tools, and Gen-AI applications to integrate best practices into projects.

• Mentor junior QA engineers by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of quality within the team.

• Continuously enhance QA methodologies and optimize processes for efficiency, scalability, and faster delivery cycles.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong academic foundation.

• 5–7 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with proven expertise in automation frameworks and tools.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and industry best practices.

• Hands-on experience in designing automation solutions for creative workflows and pipeline automation.

• Proven track record in building and executing automation scripts for APIs, workflows, and data validation.

• Exposure to Gen-AI concepts and tools with the ability to integrate automation principles into creative testing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless teamwork with developers, designers, and product teams.

• Experience with mobile application testing is an advantage, adding versatility to your QA expertise.

• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members, take ownership of QA deliverables, and drive continuous improvement.
