Sutherland: Associate – Back Office Analyst

Job Description

Sutherland is seeking an Associate – Back Office Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and understanding process documents provided by the customer.

• Analyzing insurance claims and processing them as per standard operating procedures.

• Understanding and calculating Coordination of Benefit (COB) to determine patient responsibility and perform insurance calculations.

• Familiarizing yourself with and navigating multiple client applications to capture necessary information for processing insurance claims.

• Educational Requirement: Any degree.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
