Job Description

As a Backend Intern at Ken Research, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the backend infrastructure that powers our business intelligence platform. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and engineer scalable backend systems to support our business intelligence platform.

  • Develop robust RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications.

  • Create and optimize database schemas to facilitate efficient data storage and retrieval.

  • Implement security best practices to safeguard backend systems and sensitive data.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Deploy and manage applications on leading cloud platforms such as AWS, ensuring reliability and scalability.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in backend development, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Python programming language.

  • Experience with Django framework.

  • Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services).

  • Knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB databases.

  • Understanding of Nginx and Apache2 server configurations.

  • Familiarity with frontend technologies like ReactJS (optional).

  • Solid grasp of software development best practices, including version control and testing methodologies.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, both within the team and across departments.

Expected Salary

As this is an internship position, the compensation typically includes a stipend ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on the candidate's educational background and technical skills.
