Step into a high-impact role with Deloitte as a PMO Analyst in Hyderabad, where you'll become an integral part of the Global Tools Delivery Center (GTDC). The GTDC functions as a strategic powerhouse, helping Deloitte standardize global methodologies and improve consistency and efficiency in client-facing services. This role will allow you to contribute directly to global initiatives, process enhancements, and the evolution of Deloitte’s digital tax tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end progress of global tool development projects

• Ensure timely delivery, resource allocation, and scope adherence

• Drive meetings, maintain schedules, and document key decisions

• Identify risks early and escalate them with clarity

• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and global clients

• Create project dashboards, templates, and workflow documentation

• Recommend process improvements using Lean or Six Sigma principles

• Analyze capacity/utilization metrics and report on project impact

• Maintain alignment between internal teams and project goals

• Support PMO leadership with administrative and strategic tasks

Requirement & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree (BSc, B.Tech) or MBA in any discipline

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or PMO support

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project lifecycle management

• Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus

• Certification or training in PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred

• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, global, cross-functional teams

• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset
