Job Description

This role is focused on engineering excellence, automation, and creating value through innovation. You’ll be part of the System Engineering & Front Office (SEFO) team that builds the tools and platforms enabling seamless trading operations. From improving infrastructure reliability to building scalable data visualization tools, this role offers a wide scope for creative problem-solving in a mission-critical environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 🛠️ Build innovative internal applications to streamline and automate Tower’s production infrastructure.

• 🌐 Develop and maintain full-stack tools that support internal teams and trading platforms.

• 📊 Create systems to collect, process, and visualize large-scale data for monitoring and analytics.

• 🔁 Evaluate and integrate open-source technologies to improve productivity and adaptability.

• ⚙️ Improve infrastructure reliability by developing tools that reduce manual intervention.

• 🤝 Liaise with multiple tech teams to support and improve system performance.

• 🚀 Take ownership of engineering projects that enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

• 🧠 Explore new frameworks and platforms to solve emerging challenges in infrastructure and data.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) from a top university with a CGPA of 8.0+.

• 🌐 Proficiency in the full web development stack (front-end, back-end, databases).

• 🧮 Experience with distributed systems is a plus.

• 🐧 Strong command of Linux systems and writing shell scripts.

• 💬 Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

• 📈 Bonus: Background or interest in the financial domain (not mandatory).

Expected Salary for this Role

💰 Estimated compensation for Software Engineers at Tower Research Capital in Gurugram ranges between ₹20 LPA to ₹35 LPA, including base salary and performance bonuses.
