🎯 Job Description

Position: Manual QA
Experience Required: 5–7 Years

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Software Development

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA)

• Strong background in manual testing within Agile software development life cycles

• Proven ability to write detailed and comprehensive test cases and test plans

• In-depth knowledge of the defect lifecycle and bug reporting

• Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA, HP QC, or Microsoft Test Manager

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams

• High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to testing

⭐ Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Domain experience in upstream oil and gas, especially production engineering

• QA Certifications like ISTQB, CSTE, etc.

• Exposure to dynamic project environments and cross-functional teams
