Zoho: Information Security Compliance Analyst

This role offers hands-on experience working across multiple security frameworks, collaborating with audit teams, IT leadership, and compliance officers to strengthen information security operations from the inside out.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

✅ Compliance Frameworks & Audits:

• Develop and maintain PCI DSS compliance programs and procedures to ensure secure handling of payment card data.

• Build compliance programs for RBI PA/PG (SAR PSS PAPG & SAR DL) regulatory standards.

• Implement and maintain ISMS (Information Security Management System) and QMS (Quality Management System) protocols.

• Conduct regular security assessments, internal audits, and gap analyses to ensure compliance across all business units.

📊 Reporting & Governance:

• Conduct periodic reporting to RBI and internal committees (Board, IT Strategy, IT Steering).

• Track compliance metrics and define objectives, KPIs, and KRIs to assess program effectiveness.

• Use RACI matrices to define roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths for incident response.

📚 Policies & Training:

• Develop, update, and enforce compliance-related policies, procedures, and standards.

• Organize training sessions and workshops for teams to raise awareness and foster a compliance-first culture.

• Stay current with regulatory updates and assess their impact on business functions.

📡 Communication & Incident Management:

• Execute a structured compliance communication plan to disseminate policy changes.

• Establish and monitor incident escalation procedures within the RACI structure.

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

🎓 Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of prior experience in information security compliance or auditing.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

💡 Skills & Traits:

• Strong working knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISMS, QMS, and incident management frameworks.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• High ethical standards and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work cross-functionally.
