Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain UI components using Activiti to support workflow and business process automation solutions.

2. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to translate requirements into user-friendly interface designs.

3. Ensure that front-end implementations align with overall solution architecture and business objectives.

4. Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure smooth functionality and seamless user experience.

5. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely project delivery.

6. Create technical documentation for UI components, workflows, and reusable modules.

7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions.

8. Stay updated with emerging trends in UI frameworks and workflow automation tools to recommend process improvements.

9. Ensure compliance with Cognizant’s coding standards, quality metrics, and security guidelines.

10. Support team members by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and contributing to a collaborative development culture.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Hands-on experience in Activiti UI development or similar workflow automation tools.

3. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.

4. Familiarity with BPM (Business Process Management) concepts and frameworks.

5. Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based environments.

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot UI-related issues.

7. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.

8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

9. A keen eye for detail and passion for delivering clean, user-friendly designs.
