Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Health QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners and solution teams to define user story test criteria, author test cases, execute various phases of testing (dry run, formal, regression, smoke, and sanity), and automate test cases whenever possible. Your goal will be to ensure a high-quality solution and an optimal user experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
Be an integral part of the SCRUM team, responsible for QA deliverables and test artifacts, including test strategy, test scenarios, test cases, execution results, and end-of-test reports. Perform various phases of testing, including unit, system, integration, regression, and functional testing. Create and track bugs in test management tools while ensuring the quality of deliverables through internal and external audit processes, formal and informal review cycles, and testing sign-off. Manage eCommerce test environments and test data, including integrated systems test data, while supporting UAT, hypercare, and business go-live testing for new markets. Effectively multi-task and prioritize across multiple testing activities, leading the QA team and collaborating with product owners and development teams to understand business needs and provide effective solutions. Work as a trusted colleague, collaborating with multiple team members to ensure Agile user stories contain appropriate acceptance criteria and regression testing requirements before release into the backlog.
