You will design workload models, develop performance test scripts, execute tests, and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and performance risks. Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and validate performance test objectives by understanding system requirements, usage patterns, and business expectations.

• Define and implement performance test approaches, including workload modeling and scenario design.

• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using appropriate tools, techniques, and programming languages.

• Execute performance, load, and stress tests across multiple environments as per defined test plans.

• Analyze test execution results to identify bottlenecks, anomalies, and performance risks.

• Troubleshoot performance issues and collaborate with engineering teams to support root cause analysis.

• Clearly articulate and communicate test execution challenges, risks, and observations to stakeholders.

• Review test results and establish hypotheses based on data-driven analysis and system behavior.

• Identify, create, and manage test data required for realistic performance test execution.

• Log, track, and support triage of performance-related defects until resolution.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing for enterprise or product-based applications.

• Working knowledge of performance testing and monitoring tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Visual Studio.

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure, and its impact on application performance.

• Experience applying different performance test techniques and selecting the right approach for specific scenarios.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, JavaScript, or C#, with a solid understanding of OOP concepts.

• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to analyze performance metrics and identify root causes.

• Basic working knowledge of databases, especially SQL Server, for data validation and analysis.

• Good communication skills with the ability to explain performance findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams with a focus on quality and delivery.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and attend onsite sessions as required.
