Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (VOIS) is looking for a skilled Automation Tester to join its Business Quality Assurance (BQA) function in Pune. Roles & Responsibilities

• Apply software testing principles and methodologies to ensure product quality.

• Perform manual testing across telecom applications and platforms.

• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira and Confluence.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members for seamless delivery.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint goals.

• Manage individual testing tasks while supporting broader team objectives.

• Coordinate testing outcomes with business and technical stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the testing lifecycle.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing.

• Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC.

• Proven expertise in manual testing techniques.

• Experience working in the Telecom (Telco) domain.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
