Siemens: Graduate Trainee Engineer

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited is hiring Graduate Trainee Engineers for its Global Business Services (GBS) division based in Pune. Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on global Building Automation System (BAS) projects across multiple regions

• Understand HVAC and controls project requirements and develop engineering design packages accordingly

• Assist in the design and quality control process under the guidance of the Team or Project Lead

• Follow Siemens’ standard procedures and quality checklists to ensure high-standard engineering deliverables

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and provide timely project status updates

• Contribute to seamless execution of tasks through strong communication and team collaboration

Requirements & Eligibility

• Must hold an Engineering degree in Instrumentation or Electrical

• Strong foundational knowledge in core engineering principles

• Good grasp of electrical systems, control systems, and automation fundamentals

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic, global work environment

• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Expected Salary

💰 Fresh Graduate Trainee Engineers at Siemens can expect a salary range between ₹4.2 LPA to ₹6.8 LPA, depending on individual qualifications and performance.
