Roles & Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, PowerBI, and Tableau to provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop meaningful reports that support business objectives.

• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across platforms.

• Support the development of front-end data upload processes in PlanView Adaptive Work tools.

• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.

• Conduct data quality checks, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure seamless data integration.

• Document processes, workflows, and analysis methods for efficient knowledge sharing within the team.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve data processes and identify opportunities for automation.

• Stay updated with the latest data analytics technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance team performance.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and project outcomes.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience with data analysis and management tools, including Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and database management.

• Knowledge of SAP systems and experience with data integration processes is a plus.

• Familiarity with front-end data upload processes and reporting tools is advantageous.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in team-based environments.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
