Key Responsibilities

  • ✅ Own and execute end-to-end testing for AI/ML-based web and desktop applications

  • ✅ Design and implement test strategies, test cases, and automation frameworks

  • ✅ Automate tests using Python + PyTest + Selenium/Playwright

  • ✅ Perform manual, API, and performance testing using Postman, JMeter, etc.

  • ✅ Ensure minimal defect leakage into production through rigorous testing

  • ✅ Conduct smoke, sanity, regression, integration, and component-level testing

  • ✅ Guide and mentor junior QA associates to enhance overall team output

  • ✅ Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and Docker/Kubernetes integration

  • ✅ Generate detailed test reports and track testing progress

Skills & Experience

  • 🧪 2+ years of experience in functional + non-functional testing

  • 🛠️ Hands-on with PyTest, Playwright/Selenium, SQL, Postman

  • 🧠 Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills

  • 🔁 Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC principles

  • ☁️ Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • 🔄 CI/CD and containerization knowledge (Git, Docker, Kubernetes)

  • 📊 Bonus: Experience with data science/ML projects

Technical Stack

  • Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML

  • Testing Tools: Playwright, Selenium, PyTest, TestNG, Cypress, Postman, JMeter, LoadRunner

  • Databases: SQL, NoSQL (Postgres, MongoDB, AWS S3, Redis)

  • Version Control: Git, SVN

  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP

Expected Salary for This Role

💰 ₹8 LPA – ₹14 LPA
Estimate based on market trends in Pune for automation QA roles in product-based startups (Glassdoor, AmbitionBox)
