Skills and Competencies
• 1-2 years of experience in QA testing of applications & platforms following manual and automation testing processes.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools and agile framework using of Jira and Confluence would be added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the capacity to work independently and learn new skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to effectively communicate.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities
• Engage proactively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all business requirements are fulfilled.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective test cases. Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and expand coverage.
• Conduct manual testing to detect defects and confirm the functionality of business applications. Document and report defects with detailed information for the development team to facilitate resolution.
• Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure. Provide regular updates on testing progress and outcomes to the QA Lead and other stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases.
