Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and TestNG to support scalable enterprise applications.

• Develop automation scripts and reusable libraries that streamline test execution for both web and API interfaces.

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines through tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Maven for continuous delivery efficiency.

• Participate in defining test strategies, quality standards, and automation best practices to ensure consistent delivery excellence.

• Execute and monitor automated test runs, analyze failures, and report detailed findings to development and QA teams.

• Implement and manage BDD Cucumber frameworks for behavior-driven testing and clear business-technical alignment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks and design effective regression testing strategies.

• Perform API automation testing using Rest Assured to validate back-end systems and ensure integration reliability.

• Work closely with DevOps teams to optimize automation coverage, maintain stable environments, and reduce manual dependencies.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, encouraging continuous learning in modern automation tools and technologies.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in software test automation using Selenium and Java.

• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks such as TestNG, Page Object Model (POM), and BDD with Cucumber.

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools including GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, and Autosys for automation pipeline setup.

• Experience with API testing using Rest Assured and understanding of web service validations.

• Deep understanding of automation frameworks, test strategy design, and best practices in quality engineering.

• Excellent analytical and debugging skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.

• Familiarity with professional services or consulting environments is preferred.

Expected Salary
