🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🧪 Lead test automation design and strategy for your SCRUM team, covering UI, API, and system interfaces.

• 🤝 Collaborate with business and development stakeholders to define test plans and acceptance criteria.

• 🛠 Build, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts and frameworks, including refactoring existing code.

• 🔍 Analyze application logs and debug issues to ensure product quality and stability.

• 📊 Generate quality metrics and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.

• 🚀 Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with automation tests and quality gates.

• 📋 Participate in project reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections to improve processes and documentation.

• ✔ Experience analyzing logs and debugging automated test failures.

• ✔ Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools and pipelines.

• ✔ Ability to translate complex requirements into detailed test scenarios.

• ✔ Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and coaching team members.
