Your work will span the full software lifecycle — from concept and architecture to deployment and optimization. You’ll develop RESTful APIs and microservices, build responsive UI layers with React or Angular, and optimize backend services using Python, Django, Flask, or Java Spring Boot. Beyond coding, you’ll influence architectural decisions, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud strategies that ensure scalability, security, and continuous improvement across deployments.

This is a hands-on development role where creativity meets impact. You’ll get to experiment with MLOps pipelines, integrate vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate, and design high-performance systems that support AI workflows in real time. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications integrating machine learning and AI-driven capabilities.

• Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to operationalize ML models into robust backend services and APIs.

• Develop and maintain secure, efficient, and reusable RESTful APIs and microservices supporting large-scale AI workflows.

• Architect and optimize cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring scalability and cost-efficiency.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and monitor application health using modern DevOps tools and practices.

• Create intuitive, responsive, and performance-optimized front-end interfaces using frameworks such as React or Angular.

• Build backends using Python (Django/Flask) or Java (Spring Boot), ensuring clean architecture and modular design patterns.

• Collaborate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and maintain adherence to best coding and security practices.

• Integrate databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ensure efficient data modeling to support AI inference and analytics workflows.

• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies (LLMs, Generative AI, LangChain, Vector DBs) for product integration and scalability.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with deep hands-on experience in front-end frameworks like React or Angular and backend environments such as Node.js or Express.

• Solid backend experience with Python (Django/Flask) or Java (Spring Boot) for developing scalable, secure web services.

• Experience in integrating and deploying AI/ML models within production systems using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

• Understanding of MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and automation workflows.

• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Database expertise spanning SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) technologies.

• Familiarity with API design principles, authentication mechanisms, and performance optimization strategies.

• Exposure to AI lifecycle management, including prompt engineering and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

• Experience in Generative AI or AI-powered SaaS product development is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams.
