Roles & Responsibilities

• Automate end-to-end test cases for connected systems using Selenium with Python.

• Design, develop, and execute automated scripts for web and mobile applications.

• Prepare and execute system integration test scenarios to validate functionality and performance.

• Conduct peer reviews of automated scripts, objectives, and test cases to ensure accuracy.

• Develop and maintain requirement traceability matrices for test coverage validation.

• Test applications across different devices, platforms, and browsers for compatibility.

• Identify, log, and track bugs or issues through effective defect management practices.

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality software.

• Continuously refine automation frameworks and adopt best practices for test efficiency.

• Provide technical inputs and mentorship to junior automation engineers within the team.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or Computer Applications.

• 3+ years of hands-on Selenium automation with Python and at least 2 years of solid Python programming experience.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and their application in test automation.

• Experience with automation testing of both web and mobile applications; Appium knowledge is preferred.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automation testing within Agile frameworks.

• Ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.

• Proven expertise in defect tracking, system monitoring, and debugging.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities across technical teams.

• Prior experience in the Medical Device or IoT domain is an added advantage.
