Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.

• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

• Write efficient, clean, and testable code, ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles.

• Implement application designs in compliance with specifications and project requirements.

• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to guarantee high-quality deliverables.

• Collaborate with team members to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Prepare and manage software releases while ensuring seamless deployment and minimal downtime.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by researching new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

• Work within an Agile environment, contributing to sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Document development processes, updates, and code changes for smooth handover and maintenance.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 3–4.5 years of professional experience in Core Java and Java-based application development.

• Proficiency in Java SE and Java EE, with practical exposure to frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.

• Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms, applied to real-world development.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database for application integration and backend operations.

• Skilled in unit testing and integration testing, with focus on quality assurance.

• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ensuring iterative and collaborative development.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
