Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand reporting needs, and translate them into BI solutions.

• Develop, test, and support BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, ensuring accuracy, usability, and visual effectiveness.

• Perform root cause analysis on data-related issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure the reliability of reporting environments.

• Manage source code, support content organization, and maintain structured BI documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines and reporting processes.

• Ensure continuous improvement across BI workflows by identifying opportunities to optimize performance and streamline processes.

• Support evolutionary maintenance of BI environments, including performance tuning, capacity management, and availability enhancements.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both business and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes.

• Assist in defining technical requirements and contribute to the development of innovative BI solutions.

• Debug data issues, validate data integrity, and ensure compliance with quality standards across all reporting activities.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced concepts like joins, relationships, and custom queries.

• Hands-on experience creating impactful dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.

• Familiarity with databases, data blending, and creating relationships between data sources in BI tools.

• Basic knowledge of Python, Snowflake, statistics, or ETL workflows is a plus.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to debug data issues and analyze root causes effectively.

• Strong communication abilities, with the aptitude to work collaboratively in team environments.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and able to adapt to dynamic project requirements.

• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable and workable BI models.
