As a Tosca/Selenium Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving quality assurance automation, ensuring that test strategies encompass test data, environments, and non-functional testing relevant for products and services. This role involves developing functional test documents, building relationships beyond teams, and implementing all test activities adhering to the Global Test Strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in test automation using tools like TOSCA and Selenium.

Test Management: Strong test management skill sets with experience in building and enhancing automation frameworks.

Agile Methodology: Working experience in Agile methodology with 'in-sprint' automation.

Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent documentation abilities.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with integration technologies such as Mulesoft, Springboot, cloud-to-cloud APIs, and a technical background in IT Operations or Software Development.

Testing Tools: Experience with mobile testing tools and accessibility testing.

Software Knowledge: Good understanding of SAAS solutions, JSON protocol and syntax, JIRA, and Confluence.

Responsibilities
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy Development: Drive quality assurance automation ensuring comprehensive test strategies.
Documentation: Develop functional test documents including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases/Scripts, and Automation test suite using enterprise framework TOSCA.
Collaboration: Build relationships beyond teams and seek out new ways of improvement.
Test Implementation: Implement all test activities including Functional tests, Platform upgrades, API test, UI Tests (Browser and Mobile), Performance test, Accessibility Test, adhering to the Global Test Strategy.
Team Representation: Represent the test team at Scrum meetings, key project meetings, and provide a single point of accountability and escalation for testing within the POD.
Process Improvement: Provide ongoing input into the overall process improvement of the Engineering discipline.
Mentorship: Mentor Automation Test Engineers and Exploratory Testers within the cross-functional team.
Agile Support: Assist in performing test estimation, test strategy, preparing test plans, and provide regular updates to agile leads in managing day-to-day testing activities.
