Job Description:

In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of EPAM’s software solutions by developing and executing automated tests for web applications, APIs, and user interfaces. Leveraging tools like Selenium, RestSharp, and frameworks such as NUnit, MSUnit, TestNG, or BDD-SpecFlow, you will design and implement scalable automation strategies to improve testing efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact software quality, delivering exceptional user experiences to customers across multiple geographies.

As a Senior Automation Tester at EPAM, you will work closely within agile teams, participating in in-sprint automation efforts to accelerate delivery cycles. Your role will include implementing design patterns like Singleton, Page Object, and Factory to create maintainable automation frameworks. You will also integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Bamboo, ensuring continuous validation and faster feedback for development teams. By applying your expertise in .NET programming and automation frameworks, you will strengthen the company’s overall QA processes while contributing to a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# for web applications and APIs.

2. Implement automation frameworks using TestNG, NUnit, MSUnit, or BDD-SpecFlow to improve test coverage and efficiency.

3. Participate in in-sprint automation, ensuring timely execution of test cases during agile development cycles.

4. Apply design patterns like Singleton, Page Object, and Factory to create reusable, maintainable automation scripts.

5. Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Bamboo for continuous testing.

6. Collaborate with development teams to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and execute test cases.

7. Troubleshoot defects, report issues, and track resolutions to maintain high-quality software releases.

8. Mentor junior testers and contribute to team knowledge sharing to enhance overall QA capabilities.

9. Participate in cloud-based testing initiatives, with exposure to AWS or Azure as a plus.

10. Engage in continuous learning, attend tech talks, and participate in hackathons to stay current with industry trends.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. 5–8 years of experience in automation testing with strong hands-on knowledge of .NET, C#, and test automation frameworks.

2. Proficiency in implementing UI automation with Selenium and API automation using RestSharp.

3. Experience with frameworks like TestNG, NUnit, MSUnit, or BDD-SpecFlow for automation testing.

4. Familiarity with design patterns such as Singleton, Page Object, and Factory for building maintainable test scripts.

5. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline integration using Jenkins or Bamboo.

6. Strong understanding of testing processes, defect management, and agile methodologies, including in-sprint automation.

7. Solid problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking.

8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

9. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is advantageous.
