Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other modern testing frameworks.

• Conduct performance and load testing with JMeter or similar tools to validate scalability, stability, and reliability of applications.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to translate requirements into comprehensive test cases and strategies.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure defect-free releases.

• Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and transparent reporting.

• Analyze failures, identify root causes, and provide actionable feedback to improve application design and performance.

• Continuously enhance test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and processes to maximize efficiency and coverage.

• Support API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools, ensuring seamless backend validation.

• Conduct database testing, including writing SQL queries to validate data integrity and consistency.

• Stay updated with emerging QA tools and practices, recommending improvements for test efficiency and product quality.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Proven experience (3–6 years) as a QA Engineer in enterprise-scale software development.

• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and hands-on automation scripting.

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies including test automation, performance testing, and test processes.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for writing automated scripts.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of API testing frameworks and database validation with SQL.

• Exposure to security testing practices and tools is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
