Dentsu – Senior QA Analyst

Dentsu is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to join their growing technology team in Baner, Pune. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the quality of digital solutions used by global brands under the Dentsu umbrella. As a Senior QA Analyst, you will be involved in the planning, execution, and improvement of testing strategies, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and performance. The position provides an opportunity to collaborate with a global team in an Agile environment and contribute to high-impact projects in digital marketing and advertising technology.

You’ll work across various platforms and systems, perform both manual and automated testing, identify bugs and usability issues, and help optimize product quality. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in QA methodologies and tools.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.

    • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

    • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, TestNG, or similar tools.

    • Basic understanding of SQL for backend/database testing.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with automation frameworks.

    • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

    • Good understanding of REST APIs and web services testing.


💰 Estimated Salary Range

  • Monthly Salary: ₹58,000 – ₹83,000

  • Annual CTC: ₹7 LPA – ₹10 LPA

Test Planning & Design

Analyze project requirements to develop effective test plans, test cases, and scripts.

Identify test data needs and prepare appropriate test environments.

Test Execution

Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, and exploratory).

Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results.

Identify, record, and track defects, ensuring clear documentation and prioritization.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure software quality.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Automation Support

Support test automation efforts using Selenium or other relevant tools.

Help build and maintain automated test suites as required.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare detailed test reports and dashboards.

Maintain traceability matrices and other QA documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
