Job Description

As a Senior QA Engineer at Dentsu Creative, you will take end-to-end ownership of quality engineering for modern, data-driven digital products and platforms. This role is positioned at the intersection of traditional quality engineering and next-generation AI-driven systems, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation-first testing strategies. You will work closely with development and product teams to ensure that solutions are reliable, scalable, and deliver exceptional user experiences from onboarding through long-term adoption.

In this role, you will design and execute robust test strategies across APIs, workflows, backend systems, and data pipelines. A significant part of your responsibility will involve validating AI-powered features by evaluating LLM outputs using structured evaluation frameworks and quality metrics. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI-generated and data-intensive outputs by building comprehensive test plans, managing large test datasets, and performing deep data validation. Your work will directly influence product credibility and client trust.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of solution quality for assigned digital products or platforms.

• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to embed quality engineering throughout the lifecycle.

• Design and lead automated testing strategies for cloud-based, workflow-driven, and data-intensive applications.

• Perform comprehensive API testing and API automation using tools such as Postman or SOAP UI.

• Automate testing across UI, backend, data pipelines, and end-to-end workflows.

• Validate Generative AI and LLM-driven features using structured evaluation frameworks and quality metrics.

• Prepare, organize, and manage large test datasets, ensuring accuracy through thorough data validation.

• Conduct test case reviews, identify gaps, and continuously improve test coverage and effectiveness.

• Analyze complex defects, perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance QA culture.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in the Quality Engineering domain.

• Strong foundation in software testing methodologies, processes, and automation best practices.

• Working understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLM models, and prompt engineering principles.

• Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation techniques and frameworks such as RAGAS or similar tools.

• Ability to validate AI-generated outputs using defined quality metrics and evaluators.

• Proven experience testing data-driven and data-intensive applications, including large-scale data validation.

• Strong experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts.

• Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams.
