As a Senior QA Engineer at Dentsu Creative, you will play a critical role in shaping the quality, reliability, and performance of next-generation digital products powered by advanced data, automation, and Generative AI technologies. This role goes beyond traditional testing, requiring deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with LLM evaluations, AI-driven workflows, and complex data pipelines. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to define quality standards, design robust test strategies, and ensure that every release meets precision-level quality benchmarks. You will be responsible for end-to-end quality ownership—ranging from test data management and workflow validation to designing automation suites for cloud applications, APIs, and backend solutions. This role demands a strong foundation in Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation libraries such as RAGAS, and hands-on experience validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and consistency. You will also collaborate in onboarding new clients to the platform, provide technical support during integration cycles, and mentor junior team members in adopting best-in-class QA practices. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Take complete ownership of the quality engineering lifecycle for digital products and platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and flawless execution.

2. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop end-to-end test strategies covering workflows, APIs, data pipelines, mobile components, and AI-driven modules.

3. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, backend, and API testing using industry-leading tools and practices.

4. Build and execute comprehensive test plans, leveraging strong data validation techniques to verify accuracy, consistency, and reliability of large datasets.

5. Conduct automated and manual evaluations of LLM outputs using frameworks like RAGAS, assessing quality metrics and validating generative AI responses.

6. Implement GenAI automation principles into QA processes, optimizing efficiency and building intelligent workflows for test execution.

7. Develop and maintain large-scale test datasets, ensuring data integrity and readiness for extensive validation activities.

8. Lead client onboarding activities, ensuring seamless adoption of the digital product and providing technical support during integration phases.

9. Perform detailed root-cause analysis for complex issues, document findings, and communicate technical insights clearly across teams.

10. Create automation scripts for API testing using tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, and other API automation frameworks.

11. Review test cases, identify gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure comprehensive test coverage for all product features.

12. Mentor junior QA engineers, provide guidance on automation best practices, and foster a collaborative and growth-focused team culture.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in quality engineering.

2. Strong foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and familiarity with AI art tools.

3. Practical experience with LLM evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS, along with the ability to validate GenAI output quality for accuracy, relevance, and safety.

4. Robust knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and automation frameworks across UI, backend, and data-driven systems.

5. Solid skills in API testing and test automation using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, REST clients, and scripting-based automation frameworks.

6. Proven ability to develop and maintain automation scripts for both frontend and backend components, ensuring broad and efficient test coverage.

7. Experience validating large datasets, preparing structured test data, and verifying data consistency across data pipelines and workflow-driven applications.

8. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, capable of breaking down complex issues and delivering well-documented findings.

9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to guide and mentor junior QA team members.

10. Experience testing creative applications or mobile apps is a strong advantage, demonstrating versatility in testing environments.

11. Commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and evolving QA engineering trends.
