Dentsu, a globally renowned marketing and communications company, is actively hiring an Associate Business Analyst for its Pune office. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about analytics, campaign planning, and digital media performance. As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that supports clients in planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting marketing and advertising campaigns across various platforms.

You’ll be responsible for understanding campaign objectives, collecting and analyzing performance data, ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns, and deriving actionable insights that improve campaign results. This role offers a tremendous opportunity to gain cross-functional experience across digital marketing, analytics, and client management.

🧩 Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing and advertising campaigns.

• Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting for campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Generate detailed campaign performance reports using Excel and analytics tools.

• Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, and delivery quality to ensure all objectives are met.

• Support the creation and improvement of dashboards and tracking mechanisms.

• Participate in client meetings and internal brainstorming sessions to contribute data-backed insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams including campaign managers, account planners, and developers to optimize performance.

• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and analytics trends.

🎓 Educational Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or any related discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, campaign management, or digital marketing roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

💰 Salary Package (Estimated)

• Monthly Salary Range: ₹41,000 – ₹58,000

• Annual CTC Estimate: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA
