Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual test cases for functional, integration, regression, and system validation, ensuring thorough coverage. Built In

• Define and implement clear test strategies and plans, aligned with Agile sprint goals and evolving requirements. Built In

• Set up and manage test environments, analyze results, and document outcomes meticulously, including identifying defects and raising issues promptly. Built In

• Automate testing workflows using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability. Built In

• Prepare detailed defect reports, update test progress, and ensure transparency with developers and product teams throughout the sprint. Built In

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, UX) to ensure consistent quality assurance across features and releases. Built In

Requirements & Eligibility

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing within Agile or fast-paced development environments. Built In

• Proficiency in both manual testing (test plans, defect documentation) and automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar. Built In

• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), with hands-on participation in Agile team workflows. Built In

• Experience working in CI/CD processes, integrating automated tests into pipelines for seamless validation. Built In

• Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems such as JIRA, and version control systems like Git. Built In

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to translate quality insights into actionable feedback. Built In

Expected Salary

For an Agile Test Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Pune, the typical compensation package ranges between ₹8 LPA to ₹15 LPA, depending on technical expertise, familiarity with automation, and domain experience.
