As a Cybersecurity Presales Engineer on our Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) team, you will play a meaningful role in winning our customers’ trust and ensuring their success. You’ll partner with Account Executives to strategize on territory, account, and opportunity planning. You will engage directly with prospective clients, building trusting relationships, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our cybersecurity solutions can protect and empower their businesses.

Responsibilities
For example, holding a bachelor’s degree in computer science, presales, cybersecurity or equivalent experience along with 1-3 years in a technical, customer facing role such as a solutions engineer, consultant, customer success engineer, or other role combined with a proven understanding of cybersecurity solutions, terminology, markets, and customer needs.
