As a part of Capgemini’s elite tech workforce, you will be responsible for driving performance testing strategies, identifying system bottlenecks, and ensuring systems perform under stress and load. The role offers collaboration with architects, developers, and stakeholders to define non-functional requirements (NFRs), simulate real-world traffic scenarios, and use analytics to deliver business-aligned outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 📈 Design and execute end-to-end performance testing strategies for enterprise applications

• 🧪 Utilize performance testing tools like JMeter and LoadRunner extensively for scripting and execution

• 🛠️ Additional exposure to tools such as NeoLoad and Gatling is a plus

• 🧩 Conduct NFR (Non-Functional Requirement) gathering and translate them into measurable performance metrics

• 📋 Develop performance test plans, test scripts, and load models for simulating various real-world scenarios

• 📊 Monitor system performance using AppDynamics and Dynatrace, identifying bottlenecks and failure points

• ⚙️ Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement tuning recommendations and performance fixes

• 🔍 Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to project stakeholders

• 🔁 Engage in continuous optimization and tuning of systems based on feedback from performance testing cycles

• 🤝 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance objectives are met throughout the SDLC

Requirements & Eligibility

• Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner and preferably NeoLoad, Gatling

• Solid knowledge of AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or equivalent monitoring tools

• Strong understanding of performance testing lifecycle: test design, scripting, execution, and result analysis

• Experience in defining and validating non-functional requirements (NFRs)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Good communication and client interaction skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/DevOps environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
