Capco – Gen AI Engineer

Job Description

• Design and implement workflow orchestration solutions using Python, and Terraform to streamline and automate processes within the AI program. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver high-quality code in an Agile environment. • Utilize DevOps best practices to continuously integrate, test, and deploy code updates, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency, using approved client strategic tooling (Jira, Clarity, Rally) in order to manage and prioritize backlog, requirements, and reporting. • Leverage Azure platform experience to build and manage cloud-based infrastructure, optimizing for cost, performance, and security, using products such as Azure DevOps, Azure App Service and Azure Functions. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in AI, analytics, and backend system engineering to ensure clients remains competitive and innovative. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on the AI program. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the backend systems, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and operational guides. • Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of client’s regulatory compliance by ensuring all systems adhere to relevant data protection and privacy regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
